As each item is handcrafted, please allow 2–5 business days for your order to be created, packaged and prepared for dispatch (unless otherwise stated).

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier services.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.

United Kingdom 🇬🇧

We are proud to ship our handmade creations from South Africa to customers in the United Kingdom.

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days before dispatch.

Estimated delivery: 5–10 business days after dispatch.

Delivery times may vary due to customs processing, weather conditions or courier delays.

All UK orders include tracked shipping.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT or handling fees charged by the destination country.

These charges are not included in your purchase price or shipping fee and are the responsibility of the customer.

Aurora Creations has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.

For international orders, shipping rates are displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

We take great care in packaging every order.

Each item is individually wrapped using protective packaging to minimise the risk of damage during transit.

As our products are handmade using eco-friendly materials, slight variations in colour, pattern and finish are part of the unique character of each piece.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking details.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

Aurora Creations cannot be held responsible for parcels delayed or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete delivery address.

Additional shipping charges may apply if an order needs to be resent.

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photographs of:

the outer packaging,

the damaged item(s), and

the shipping label.

If your parcel appears to be lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with the courier to investigate.
